We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill a Sales Manager role across womenswear for this highly regarded retailer.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being highly commercial, you will evaluate the current product offer, identifying areas of weaknesses and new opportunities.
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring current sales whilst being aware of market trends and key programmes supplied by our competitors in order to identify new areas of potential growth.
  • Working closely with a Design and Product Management team both in the UK and offshore will enable you to develop exceptional product offers.
  • Managing the critical path, to ensure product is designed and delivered according to key dates such as range reviews, selections, pagination.
  • Liaising with the overseas and buying teams to assist in pricing discussions, attend selection meetings and to follow up with queries as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Buying or Supplier background with exceptional product development skills. You will also have broad experience of working with overseas sources along with being highly personable and engaging, you will build excellent relationships within your department and across the business.

Flexibility is also a requirement, so you can travel abroad with the Design and Buying teams where necessary and also undertake regular visits to their offices in London.
