Trade Support/Product Support/Application Support
Our Asset Management client are looking for a Trade Support/Product Support/Application Support professional for their Front Office team.
This is a permanent position based in The City. Within this role, you will be the first point of contact for the Traders and own problems through to resolution and raise defects in the systems. You will liaise with vendors and manage relationships, manage all incidents, enhancements and fixes, and prioritise work for developers.
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience:
- A proven background in non-technical application support Experience supporting Front Office
- Some experience with project management work
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Aladdin, Thinkfolio or Bloomberg AIM
