Job Description:

Cloudroom specialises in product development and IT consultancy services. As part of the organisation growth plan set for next 4 years, we are hiring expert developers and test professionals to work on one of our product development team of 4 to 6 members which is under design state, currently planned to set for function/market by end of 2018.

Cloudroom closely work with consortium partners to launch CRM product within UK & European market targeting to specific clients working with regulatory bodies & financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to .Net development and must possess strong creative thinking and open to travel locally within UK and occasionally to offshore 3rd party site. Occasional weekend extended evening working may be required. This role is expecting to start between December 2017 and March 2018.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role demands exposure to IT services and upcoming technologies. Person would be responsible to drive application development related activities

·Work on .Net based development/implementation project as a Lead developer

·Understand architecture requirements and ensure effective design.

·Manage development side of business, provide thought leadership, and take control of new features or technologies to be introduced

·Constantly update on new trends in technology

·Mentor, lead and grow a small development team

·Ensure continual knowledge management

·Capable of handling different aspects of the application, including but not limited to performance, scalability, security, and testing


Key Skills:

Experience on the following is necessary

·.Net Framework, VB.Net and C#

·Web Services - WCF and/or Web API

·Net - Web Forms and/or MVC

·HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS3

·SQL Server – TSQL

Good understanding of

·Angular

·Mono

·Different methodologies

·Using the Asp.Net MVC model and of the wider .Net Framework is critical

Desired Skills:

·Exposure to newer / emerging platforms/technology

·Good understanding of the technology and domain

·Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal

·Good verbal and written communication style

·Knowledge of the best practices in the industry

·The ability to succeed in a start-up kind of environment where client and project direction are dynamic.

·Experience in offshore working model.

Qualification & Experience Required:

Candidates should ideally possess 6-10 years’ industry experience producing clean, well-documented C#, JavaScript and SQL code with good understanding of IT Services business
