Associate Lecturer - Maths
We have an opportunity to join the Maths team in the Faculty of Maths and Science. The Faculty was awarded Grade 1 in the Ofsted inspection in 2014. We deliver a range of Maths and Science courses at Levels two and three, with excellent progress and success rates. This role is for an Associate Lecturer within Foundation Maths (GCSE Maths and Functional Skills across the College).
The Maths team is experienced, supportive and has a strong commitment to sharing ideas and resources. You will be supported by the Leader and Assistant Leader for Cross College Foundation Maths. You will also have a mentor and a faculty-based Learning Lead. The Faculty is based in the new purpose-built Maths and Science Centre, although we generally deliver Foundation Maths to groups of students based in the Faculty of their main curriculum subject.
