Project Payroll Assistant
Our client, a well known financial services organisation based in the centre of Edinburgh are currently looking to bring a payroll administrator into their team on a fixed term contract for nine months. Working as part of a large team, this role is exciting, challenging and highly rewarding. You will be responsible for ensuring payroll deadlines are met for stakeholders, processing manual calculations, carrying out RTI submissions, liaising with HMRC, processing year end documentation and various other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required. You will be working closely with the payroll manager and payroll administrators throughout the team. To be considered, you will be an experienced payroll administrator who is either on a short notice period or immediately available. You must be comfortable working in a team and also to tight deadlines.
