Leading London city Law firm have an opening for a service desk analyst skilled in first and second line support and someone who enjoys IT training also.
This is a varied/multipurpose role and there are also fantastic opportunities to be involved in various projects, working with both the Infrastructure and Applications team.

Applicants will possess

Experience of working within a law firm
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical end-users as well as technical IT staff.
Active Directory administration
Experience of a Service Desk
Microsoft troubleshooting expertise
Microsoft office suite
Legal technology experience with DMS, CRM and digital dictation
Remote working and Access technologies
PC desktop skills
