They are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to drive the management of all property compliance service contracts across their property portfolio, in particular delivering statutory checks, servicing, and repairs related to communal gas, fire, water, asbestos, electrics and lifting equipment. You will also be responsible for the management of the building services and materials supply contracts. In addition you will support colleagues to manage additional contracts including communal gas.

In addition to this you will also develop contract specifications and standards in liaison with Asset Management Team for both compliance and major M&E component upgrades. Undertake regular contract meetings ensuring successful completion and quality of works delivery, identifying and resolving problems as necessary.

A graduate level education or equivalent professional experience in property contract management and / or project management is essential. Motivated and committed to promoting a positive culture and initiatives is also required.

A clean driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential.
