Credit Control Manager - West Lothian - Permanent Change Recruitment Group are currently working on a newly created Credit Control role based in West Lothian. They're a well known FMCG business, who hold a global presence, with their centralised Finance function based in West Lothian. We are looking for someone who currently works in a Credit Control function and has experience collecting monies from clients in a time critical environment. The role itself is all encompassing covering all aspects of credit control, offering full autonomy in what is a growing, dynamic business. You will be responsible for: - Calling clients to recover outstanding debt - Posting cash to customer accounts - Reconciliation of customer accounts - Processing card payments - Ledger reviews with Credit Control Supervisor - Opening new customer accounts - Maintenance of existing customer accounts - Regular checks on EU customer VAT numbers - Issuing customer reminder letters We are looking for someone who will not only ensure the relevant DSO is effectively managed and maintained but will also hold the ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with their customer base. In order to be deemed suitable in the first place though it is essential that you come with a strong background in each of the above key areas.
