ICT Helpdesk Apprentice

Location: Long Marston

Salary: £10,000 to £15,000 per annum

We are now recruiting for an ICT Helpdesk Apprentice to work in our office in Long Marston.

About the ICT Helpdesk Apprentice role:

  • You will be responsible for providing friendly assistance for people needing help with our IT systems over phone and email
  • Logging all calls and updating with relevant fixes
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes to assist users
  • Communicating to all levels of staff within the business, verbally and written
  • Providing guidance within procedures and processes
  • Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
  • Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community

Knowledge / Qualifications required for the ICT Helpdesk Apprentice role:

  • Demonstrable customer service skills
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Any IT related qualifications would be advantageous
  • A good phone manner is essential as a large part of the job will involve handling queries over the phone
