Book Keeper / Customer Service Administrator, £9.00 - £11.00 per hour

Part Time, 3 Days per week, 9.30am - 5:00pm

Expanding manufacturing company based in Brandon

Our client is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join a small office environment to help with Book keeping duties and assisting with general customer service queries.

Main Duties:

- Keep up to date with all book keeping duties, with high attention to detail.
- Customer service to a range of private and trade clients
- Discussing issues with customers and finding resolution in a calm and collect manner
- Communicate effectively with Customers.

Essential Skills:

- Experience within customer service role
- Proven ability to self-manage
- Proven experience of dealing with a variety of customers
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT and Administrative experience
- SAGE experience
- Excellent telephone manner

This is a great opportunity to join a lively and growing office based at Brandon. Our client are offering a competitive salary based on experience. Hours will be 9:30am - 5pm, 3 days per week this is a part time position with opportunities to increase hours and develop skills with the growing business.

Due to location own transport is required.
