The Role We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our clients` well-regarded team in London. Becoming part of a specialist team which includes some of the firms` partners; the successful Solicitor will manage a varied and demanding caseload of civil disputes for a range of clients based throughout the capital. The ideal Solicitor will possess expertise in all aspects of litigation to include: property disputes; contentious probate; professional negligence; contractual issues; insolvency and; debt recovery. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will play an active role in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.
