IT Technical Support

You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and responding to incidents from email and phone. You will speak to customers directly to identify problems and remotely resolve issues.

Key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Provide first/second line technical support for clients
  • Respond to incidents raised through telephone, email and web requests
  • Determine and document problems and incidents
  • Setup and troubleshoot email and Broadband services
  • Troubleshoot Hardware and software issues
  • Assist with spam, anti-virus and spyware issues
  • Provide point of contact information for potential clients
  • Client site visits

Requirements:

  • Call prioritisation and escalation
  • Work to service level agreements
  • Windows XP to Windows 10 including all versions
  • Windows 2003, 2008 Server, SBS 2011,2012
  • Microsoft Office 2007 to 2016 including all versions
  • Some Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 knowledge
  • Internet Security
  • Customer focused
  • Team player
  • Able to work under own initiative
