THE GIG

Lead the Training Workstream on a major business systems (ERP) transformation project.

  • Conduct Detailed Training Needs Analysis working closely with the Work stream Leads, HR, Systems Implementation Partner and other key stakeholders
  • Design the curriculum to support the EMEA roll out of the new Microsoft D365 Operations and Finance business system focussing on business process
  • Co-ordinate and contribute to the design of a range of training activities to suit multiple learning styles
  • Design and set standards for training materials development and execution
  • Develop internal processes to maintain and evolve training materials
  • Provides coaching and development to the work stream resources/ trainers to ensure effective implementation of all new learning materials and courses
  • Project manage the execution of all training activities including TNA, facilities and equipment, schedules, attendees
  • Source and manage any third party suppliers of training
  • Deliver excellent training programmes within budget allocated
  • Include mechanisms to audit and assess quality of training provided
  • Consult on other areas of training/ knowledge transfer requirement within the project and wider business

Skills/Experience

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering training and awareness programmes
  • Delivery expertise and experience in business system (ERP) transformation projects
  • Demonstrable experience of creating high quality and engaging training materials
  • Understanding of the Retail/ Fashion Sector
  • Experience of project managing internal and external resource to the successful execution of large training programmes
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 desirable
  • Deep understanding and aptitude in leveraging technology to support delivery of learning
