Care Outlook is an expanding leading home care provider in London and South East of England since 2005.

We are currently recruiting a manager to maintain and develop our home care services in these localities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering the highest quality of services or be someone with some management experience ready to step up to next level. Accountable to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for the safe delivery of care to service users and the growth and development of the business through marketing and recruitment.

Strong staff management skills are essential as are knowledge of care principles and regulations, skills in assessment and care planning, the ability to build working relations with health professionals, local authorities and the Care Quality· Commission (CQC).

If you have excellent communication skills, good planning and organisational skills, drive, determination and the ability to develop a team with effective delegation and motivation please get in touch.

Full driving licence required. Enhanced disclosure from DBS required.

Salary negotiable: Depending on skills and experience.
