Purchase Ledger Clerk
Robert Half are working with a vibrant, exciting and renowned retail company to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a fixed term contract.
Is a prestigious, well known retail company. They have a far-reaching reputation and have an increased work load due to a period of rapid expansion.
You will be dealing with high level invoices and reconciliations.
You will be an integral part of the set up and maintenance of the purchase, sales and nominal ledger.
You will be processing large volumes of BACS and CHAPS payments.
You will be using Excel on a daily basis (Pivot tables, Vlookups).
You will have at least 2 years experience within a finance accounting environment and experience with all aspects of the role.
As well as the technical qualities, you will also have a friendly and confident phone manner, be good at building relationships at every level and be willing to go above and beyond your day to day duties.
You will be a self-starter with a dynamic, energetic approach to the role. You will also be able to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a large finance team and strong communication skills are also a key factor.
You will be paid up to £13 PAYE.
