Lusona are working on behalf of a well established accountancy firm based in Glasgow City Centre, we are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Senior to join their busy team. The role its self will be to assist in the management of the payroll team and payroll clients. Key responsibilities: Manage own portfolio of clients and ensure they are receiving high quality work from the payroll team. Review payroll for junior employees. Ensure that all legislative requirements and payroll knowledge remains up to date. Ensure deadlines are met. Meet with or make regular calls to clients to ensure that all requirements are met. Partner/client liaison, meet with new clients and provide quotes for potential new clients. Provide advice to other service groups and ensure that current clients are receiving a high quality service. Assist in the line management of junior employees. Plan timetables, review payrolls and manage own portfolio. Provide payroll training to junior employees, assist in the management of junior employees and train in auto enrolment as required.
