Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Your new company
You will be working for a large, busy nursery that has recently expanded and has been awarded 'Outstanding' from Ofsted; and are fully committed to keeping up this standard. They have four rooms and can place up to 132 children. The nursery encourages outdoor learning and has a rooftop garden with activities suitable for all of the children and there is also a Forest leader.

Your new role
This job is for a full time permanent position which requires you to effectively deliver excellent Early Years care and education ensuring the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met as well as the safety of the environment is maintained. You will be expected to support all staff and contribute to being a strong team player. You will be communicating with parents and carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification and have recent experience in Early Years education. You must have current emergency paediatric first aid or full paediatric first aid certificate and have a excellent knowledge of EYFS. A commitment and knowledge is desirable for this role. The right person will be organised, enthusiastic and resourceful.
