Your new role
As Reconciliations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the business is compliant with FCA CASS regulations, as well as driving the reconciliations function of the business, whilst playing a part as stakeholder in on-going projects. You will directly manage 2 team leaders, who each look after a team of 5 Reconciliations Clerks. Due to the company's focus on process improvement, this will play an element of the job, allowing you chance to implement and improve procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have previous FCA / CASS experience and understanding, as this is crucial to the role. You will have previous managerial experience, ideally within a large, fast-paced business. You will have strong communication skills, and be comfortable speaking at board level.
