My client, a leading Software firm are looking for an Implementation Apprentice to join their Customer Solutions team while receiving world-class training from QA Apprenticeships. You will be studying for a Level 3 Business Qualification on the new Apprenticeship Standard. The business have offices throughout the UK with this particular role based in Solihull, West Midlands.
Take responsibility for project management of the implementation, communicating to and co-ordination of all parties involved in the process namely:
- The Customer
- Implementations Manager (for site surveys when required)
- Cabling engineers
- Hardware suppliers
- Installation engineers
- Data transfer
- Payment profiles
The role of the Implementation Apprentice is to ensure prompt, accurate communication takes place throughout each project. This role is key to agreeing preparation, delivery, installation and contingency timescales and to take responsibility for adherence to those timescales.
Much of the role of the Implementation Apprentice is about great communication and ensuring our customers are aware of the payment profile and timely payments are made.
Project plans are a key element to this role and ensuring the plans are confirmed in writing and copied to all relevant parties is essential.
- Great communication skills are essential for this role
- You need to be able to manage expectations and also that all parties follow procedures to ensure a formal sign off is completed
- The Implementation Apprentice will be will be the key point of contact for support and maintenance and will oversee any handovers - so being confident is essential
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
37.5 hours per week/ Monday to Friday
Potential for a full time role at the end of the Apprenticeship with a full salary review, as well as further accredited training from QA Apprenticeships.
