Service Desk Analyst
Paterson are currently partnering with a Hertfordshire based company, we are looking to appoint Service Desk Analysts on a permanent basis.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for end to end support of the IT systems within the group of companies. This role ensures all incidents are analysed, resolved and reported within the agreed SLA.
You will be providing first class 1st and 2nd line support, issue resolution and request fulfilment via telephone, remote technology with occasional on-site visits.
we would be looking for you to take the lead in reporting and monitoring service desk support using ticket related metrics, tracking and reporting against all incidents, partnering with IT and business users.
You will also need to demonstrate knowledge within Active Directory, Microsoft operating systems, a good understanding of networking across desktops and mobile devices, in addition to this you will need experience in incident trouble shooting and experience within ITIL frameworks
This is a permanent position, base salary with an added on call bonus
