We are looking for an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer to join the World Leader in the Backup & Recovery Market.

Position Overview

This position will see you join our client’s Enterprise Messaging Technical Support Team, who focus on Windows Server, Exchange, O365, SQL Server and SharePoint technical cases.

You will join a team of passionate trouble-shooters who love to take on complex technical issues, share knowledge with peers and who go above and beyond for their customers!

Their customer base has a wide range of technical ability and it is our responsibility to be able to deliver solutions to all levels of competency and with no ceiling on technical ability.

You will own an issue from initial pick-up all the way to working with the development team on identifying a possible solution.

Key Skills

  • A passion for a troubleshooting and gets a kick out of solving technical issues.
  • Can provide an exceptional service to customers and takes pride in helping other techy customers solve their issues.
  • Loves to knowledge share with peers and can demonstrate capabilities in self-learning and development
  • Strong experience working with Windows Server 2008/2012R2
  • Troubleshooting or Administration of Exchange 2010/2013 upwards
  • Troubleshooting or Administration of SQL Server 2012 upwards
  • Troubleshooting experience with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
  • Any experience working with a Backup or Email-Archiving Software would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Any experience with SharePoint or O365 would be beneficial but not essential
  • Has the ability to think quickly on your feet, whilst dealing with busy work loads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
