Exciting opportunity available for one of the UK’s leading franchise groups, to join their growing empire in franchise sales/franchise recruitment.
The successful individual will be working for a highly established and successful global business brand; whose continue ambition and strategic approach is clear. The Franchise Sales Manager role is a pivotal position, directly responsible for the growth of the franchise network; the role is varied, challenging and would suited a season franchise professional.Key Responsibilities: ·To sell territories to new and existing franchisees ·Responsible for cultivating and growing the brand by representing the company ·Identifies genuine sales prospects and contacts those personally·Prepares and delivers presentations and proposals clearly to a high commercial level ·Provides support and guidance to prospective franchisees at all times ·Develops, maintains and grows client relationships; ensuring client satisfaction ·Controls compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of each sale
Knowledge, skills and experience:·Expert Knowledge of franchise sales and recruitment process ·Proven background in a front end franchise sales position·Strong leadership skills·Ability to influence others in a professional and thought provoking fashion·Strong presentation skills·A memorable personality which resonates with people·Excellent financial and commercial awareness·High level of self-motivation·Strong organisation skills and planning·Able to make decisions quickly and effectively·Proficient in Microsoft Office
The successful candidate can be home based with visits to my clients head office. Therefore a south based location including Dorset, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Essex, Kent and West Sussex for example would certainly be suitable.
A full clean driving licence is essential due to the nature of the position.
