We are recruiting for the London office of a Fin Tech Investment firm, based in the West End, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth. This is a hybrid role, offering huge scope for an entrepreneurial and bright Assistant with several years' experience in a corporate environment. You will be supporting 3 Executives and managing an upbeat and friendly office.

Responsibilities:

- Extensive diary management
- End to end travel arrangements, often with complex global itineraries
- Organising currency and visas, managing expenses
- Liaising with key staff in European offices
- Document and presentation preparation ahead of meetings
- Assisting with event planning and execution - liaising with investors and entrepreneurs
- Organising in-house social events
- Ad hoc research and project work
- Office management: preparing and clearing meeting rooms, ensuring supplies and stationery are maintained, liaising with IT and suppliers.
