Excellent opportunity to join West End-based Private Bank - late November start date until next Summer. Varied role being 'go to' person within friendly, boutique office, whilst supporting a team of Asset Managers, ensuring smooth running of office and front of house support

Responsibilities:

- Arranging travel, diary management, filing and setting up international conference calls
- Maintain client contacts, add clients to distribution lists and meeting notes to records
- Liaising with venues, sending out invites and managing guest list prior to event
- Keep a record of Compliance documentation, report preparation
- Monitoring of business bank accounts
- Collate and process invoices and expenses
- Preparation of documents for meetings
- Liaise with building management, security, IT department, and external suppliers
- Ensure smooth running of office, meet and greet
- Head Office liaison (Board reports, holiday & sickness records, HR enquiries etc.)

Requirements:

- Previous office management, admin or PA-based experience, ideally gained within Investment sector or corporate firm
- Must have 'muck in' attitude with 'hands on' approach - very friendly office!
- Strong MS Office skills
- Team player a must!
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Multitasking skills essential
