We are recruiting for a globally renowned Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf. They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic EA, this is an exciting and busy role supporting a well-established and dynamic team. The ideal EA will be calm, professional and extremely efficient.


- Prepare and format documents as requested
- Manage busy diaries
- Coordinate complex travel across multiple time zones
- Anticipate and organise documents on a frequent and proactive basis, e.g. papers for meetings and travel requirements such as currencies, tickets and visas
- Take ownership of enquiries resolving, escalating or identifying alternative contacts as appropriate
- Provide cover as appropriate, working collaboratively with other team members
- Build and maintain effective team and client relationships
- Consistently demonstrate a willingness to own/ tackle problems as they arise and ability to identify issues for upward referral
- Awareness of risk and business impact of actions
- Demonstrating confidence and ability to take responsibility for individual projects (e.g. preparation, collation and distribution of information as appropriate)
- Filing, archiving and destruction as requested
- Expenses
- Ad hoc duties as required by the business


- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to be proactive, use initiative, prioritise and multi-task
- Strong EA/ Team Assistant background preferably within the financial services industry
- Professional, articulate and genuine team player
- Strong and confident communicator
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
