Working within a 'happy go lucky' bunch of talented support staff you will be involved in solving customer software problems, helping maintain future enhancements to the software and testing.

A lot of the new software/technologies will be cloud based moving forward so we need someone willing to learn and who wants to embrace new stuff and not just be told!.

This is 'no ordinary' boring help desk role; your suggestions and ideas will be welcomed and you will be involved in writing specs based on suggestions from clients and scoping.

You will work alongside the development and dedicated test team to provide all aspects of customer support.

Knowledge of financial packages and accountancy software (ledgers etc) is of significant interest. A professional, clear and friendly telephone manner is essential!
