Job Title: Assessor - Management / Customer Service / Admin

Location: North West - Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 (Dependent upon experience)

Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + more

KM welcome applications from Assessors who deliver a variety of vocational areas to include; Management, Team Leading, Customer Service, Admin, Warehouse and Retail.


- Assess and support learners working towards a variety of Apprenticeships depending on your competency and experience, to include (not limited to); Customer Service and Admin to levels 2/3, Management level 3 and Team Leading level 2, Retail 2/3 and Warehouse & Storage 2/3.
- Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2 - Tech Cert, ERR & PLTS.
- Visit and observe learners in their place of work, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship/QCF qualifications.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners` progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner`s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
- Meet Assessor KPI`s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Essential Criteria:

- Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
- Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in any of the above vocational areas.
- (Desirable) Experience of delivering Functional Skills (Maths / English / ICT) up to level 2.
- Must hold relevant occupational competency in the area you specialise in Assessing (for example; Management, Customer Service, Warehouse, Retail etc)
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel
