Apprenticeship Scheme We are looking for a number of apprentices to join our fixed term two year Company Apprenticeship Scheme across the business. It is anticipated that apprentices will spend a day at week with an external health provider, and the remaining 4 days learning on the job through a combination of performing tasks, observation and specially designed exercises in different areas of the business.
You will also be involved in a number of integral company projects liaising across departments. During the two years you will learn what each of the areas that you work in does, how a company operates and learn valuable, transferable skills. The schemes are flexible to meet both the needs of the Company and allow you to input into where you would want to spend more time.
Research & Development (R&D) (Coventry or Bridgewater) You would spend time working with each of our R&D functions including application and software development, developing and testing products that are sold to our prestigious Customers worldwide as well as in a number of Departments linked to R&D so you can understand the full development cycle.
