This friendly and cohesive primary school are looking to appoint a Psychology graduate with a minimum of a 2:1, who is seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant role. You will be guided by the school's SENCo and trained in how to organise and deliver the strategies necessary to enhance learning opportunities for the child you will support.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of supporting young people and possess a natural aptitude for working in education, specifically SEN. You will need to be both patient and adaptable in your approach to supporting children and you will demonstrate outstanding communication skills. Your flexible approach to dealing with the demands of this support role will allow you to gain as much as you can from this great new position.
