HR Compliance Manager, £50k, Oxford
My client is a Global Leader in the Retail sector with offices all over the world and their HR operations are based from their Oxfordshire HQ. Due to continued growth my client is looking to hire the new role of HR Compliance Manager to join their human resources operations team. This newly created position will report to the Ops Director and be fully responsible for areas including Anti-Bribery, Modern Slavery, Gender Pay Gap as well as the more recent focus on Brexit and GDPR changes. As my client grows their focus has been on becoming more compliant and the governance it requires so areas such as Health & Safety and Information Security will also be a focus.
To be considered for the role you do not need to be an expert in all the areas above but will more likely work in the HR team in a operations, governance or policy role and be comfortable picking up some of the new parts. Retail industry experience is not a requirement for this role as working in the right HR environment is far more important. Finally the role will be quite a varied one and offer a chance to start from scratch and make a real impression.
To be considered for this role you will offer a strong HR background and ideally work in an operations role where you can demonstrate leadership and strategic successes.
