Here in our Northern European Head Office we manage a European Finance Shared Services function for the whole of Dematic both accopunts payable and receivable.

Due to the continued growth of our business we are now looking for an experienced assistant accountant (ideally accounts receivable but accounts payable will also be considered.

Purpose of Role

To support the OTC process for Dematic in Germany

Principal Responsibilities

  • Execute OTC processes for Dematic
  • Enter sales orders and changes to orders through the SAP system
  • Manage invoicing according to project milestones
  • Record incoming payments and the Sales Ledger to appropriate standards
  • Execute credit control and dunning process
  • Set up and maintain the customer master data
  • Obtain credit references for new customers and update existing credit notes
  • Report on OTC as required

Skills and experience required:

To be successful in this business critical role you will be an experienced OTC / finance professional, looking for an interesting challenging and business finance position. Previous SAP accounting experience is desirable
