RLE International is working on behalf of their Midlands based Automotive OEM Client, whom are currently looking for an experienced Component Release Engineer to join their expanding team within the Electrical Engineering division in Warwickshire.

Position Description:

Component Release Engineer to support population and submission of CRIDx/WERS Input Sheets to the ERS team, requesting drawings / 3d geometry and Support Plans from suppliers, and attendance at CAM/CMM reach C status.

Skills Required:

A High attention to detail and ability to understand process, while able to multi-task between multiple projects running concurrently.

Ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team environment. Project Management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self- confidence and a 'passion for quality.

Experience Required:

Experience Preferred:

Preferably degree qualified / Educated to degree level is preferred, although other relevant engineering/I.T./automotive qualifications considered.

Experience of building and managing multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments.

Experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel, WERS, and Etracker System.

Previous experience within engineering or programme planning departments.

A good working knowledge of Change Control, and Change Management processes advantageous (Prior experience within OEMs)

Experience of the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Experience in Driver Assistance Systems or comparable complex systems (e.g. Infotainment, Chassis Control, RADAR, Camera, Sensors).

Hours: 40 per week

Rate: £19.00 per hour limited company rate

This role is signed off until 31st March 2018, with a view to renew a further 12 months
