We are currently recruiting in our Marketing Department within our milk&more business based in Aldershot for a Customer Acquisition Executive. Milk&more offers a friendly local service delivering daily essentials. Our delivery team have a huge range of daily essentials such as fresh bread, eggs, lacto-free milk alternatives, tea, coffee, bacon, juice, biscuits and even compost, all with free delivery to your door up to 6 days a week! We deliver to over 600,000 homes all across the UK so your local milkman is always right up your street. We are looking for an experienced individual to be responsible for the production of target acquisition maps and street lists for our customer acquisition companies who we use. Additional demographic profiling of unserved areas will be required to inform on potential business expansion opportunities. Your challenge In this role the key responsibilities will include: * The production of demographic maps & street lists for the customer acquisition representatives. * Working with the acquisition companies and depots to create a work schedule, so materials can be produced in good time for the activity. * Sending materials to depots in advance of activity to get positive sign off * Investigating areas that we do not currently serve and making recommendations for the business to grow based on our target demographic households. * Analysing effectiveness of each customer acquisition campaign in depots and making recommendations for any change required. * Analysing demographic data for each depot to identify the 'best' customer acquisition targets. * Providing ad hoc reports to Operational Managers to help in the day to day management at our depots. * To support depots with maps of Primary and Secondary Households locations. * Identifying potential improvements in current rounds allocation. * Being the key contact with Experian on the Mosaic demographic profiling system. * Continually reviewing the system and recommending how the data that it contains can be used most effectively. * Using and cleaning depot postcode data for use within Mosaic. Key skills & experience * Essential: +1 year experience in the management of databases. * Essential: +1 year experience of work based communication activities and presenting information to various levels of staff. * Essential: Education to A level (or equivalent) standard * Desirable: Demographic profiling experience. * Experience of working with third party agencies. * Excellent organisation skills / attention to detail. * Advanced excel skills. * Excellent team player skills / time management Skills. * Perseverance in solving challenges. * Takes ownership of projects. * Willing to learn / adaptive. * Offers up new ways of carrying out processes.
