Everyone tries to steal our graduates! Want to know why? Read on?

For some people, 2 + years of shadowing someone and going through the motions of career development will be enough. These aren?t NCC people.

Our objective is to develop you into an expert. It takes a certain type of person to make the most of this opportunity. If you?re proactive and want to take charge of your career this could be you.

Imagine an environment where you?re working on the next generation of aircraft wing one month and a Paralympian project the next. We work across 16 (and growing sectors), from oil and gas to Renewable energy. With that much variety, your career journey starts from day one.

Can you see yourself working on R&D projects side-by-side with your customer? With organisations like Roll-Royce and Airbus permanently onsite, you?ll collaborative on some significant projects. Who knows you might end up working with your future employer ? We think you?ll want to stay though!

How would it feel to be truly recognised? Our people are our most important asset and we work hard to keep them engaged. We?re careful to look after your welfare, so o ur flexible working hours give you plenty of time to experience all that Bristol has to offer. It?s a city which regularly tops the ?Best Place to Live in Britain? list and has something for everyone.

It?s the NCC experience that makes our graduates some of the most sought after in industry. If you genuinely want to work in the composites industry (and we?ll be able to tell) then the NCC is the place for you.

Our graduate scheme is all about giving you exposure to a broad range of engineering capabilities and projects. It?s 2 and a half years long with five, 6 month rotations. Expect to be working on customer projects from day 1 either as a research engineer or providing project management support.

To join us, you?ll need to have a minimum 2:1 in an engineering or materials science degree, ideally with hands-on experience of working with composite materials.

Send your CV to us today. We will get back to you.
