CRM Campaign Executive

£25,000 - £28,000

Location - South Manchester

Are you an existing CRM Executive that has a high level of experience in end-to-end campaign planning, implementation and analysis? An opportunity to join a multi-award winning financial technology business as a CRM Executive where you can showcase your track record of successfully supporting the delivery CRM initiatives. This CRM Executive role will see you working across multiple group brands supporting strategic and creative thinking when facing problem solving. Key responsibilities

  • Reporting to the CRM Campaign Manger
  • Identifying opportunities for CRM programmes
  • Supporting campaigns to ensure they are highly targeted and personalised, working alongside the data services team to source and integrate the required data
  • Aiding the creation of dynamic and quantifiable programs within set deadlines
  • Analysing existing programmes, making suggestions on how to optimise
  • Refining content, subject lines and offers based on on-going analysis
  • Make basic HTML amends and adjustments to the campaign/programme
  • Assisting measurable email, SMS, and social media tests in existing CRM programmes to define the optimal message, channel and timing
  • Exploring and identify new methods and functionality and unlocking potential and create efficiencies

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years of experience within a CRM role in an ecommerce environment
  • Knowledge of email broadcast tools (Responsys, Exact Target, Silverpop)
  • Experience of basic HTML
  • An understanding of SQL and or other query languages
  • Experience in setting up multi-stage CRM programs
  • An analytical, proactive and flexible approach
  • The ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quality, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels
  • Able to effectively prioritise workload
  • Commercially minded and comfortable with working towards set KPIs
