An exciting opportunity exists for a Compliance Manager for a leading healthcare company based in Lowestoft.

Salary £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience

The main purpose of the role to perform quality and compliance audits, compile reports and implement improvement plans.

*Plan, co-ordinate, and implement the quality management and quality improvement guidelines to our care homes to ensure that our homes are ready for a CQC inspection in each of the core areas.
*Monitor, audit, and provide assistance with the quality assurance and compliance.
*Prepare and present reports to the directors.
*Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues - prepare action plans to address shortfalls, maintain improvements, review progress.
*Ensure our residents are receiving the highest level of care.
*Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include relevant regulatory changes.
*Utilise experience and judgement to improve quality throughout our homes
*Work to ensure that each of our homes not only meets but exceeds the CQC minimum standards.

*Have an understanding of all regulations, practices, and procedures within the care sector
*It is essential candidates have previous Service Quality/Compliance management experience gained from working within the care home sector.
*Nurse qualified would be advantageous but not essential.
*This is a Nationwide role so you must be prepared to travel to different care homes.
*Candidates must live within an easy commutable distance of Lowestoft as they will be based here.
