SEN Teacher - SEN School based in Haringey - MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance - Secondary Phase

The Role- SEN Teacher

This SEN School is looking for an SEN teacher to join their team who will be required to teach children between 14-16 years that suffer with Autism, Additional Learning Difficulties and Complex Needs. The class consists of 2 children with severe Autism, 3 children with additional learning difficulties and one child with severe learning difficulties. Your role will be to plan your lessons based around the needs of the children, keeping the children engaged and involved in their learning and you will be supported by three teaching assistants throughout the day. You must have previous experience working within a severely challenging teaching role, hold QTS and have at least 2 years UK Teaching experience. You need to be available to start immediately.

The School- SEN Teacher

Based in the London Borough of Haringey this school caters to the need of children aged between 4-16 that suffer with, Autism, Complex Needs and PMLD. Their aim is to personalise a learning process specific to each pupil needs and help them excel into the next stage of their learning. They are based within a 10-minute walk from the station and have bus stations based even closer. In their most recent Ofsted report the school were reviewed as 'Outstanding'.
