My client a huge transportation hub based in Heathrow/Hounslow is looking for an Internal Digital Communication Consultant. The Digital Communication Consultant will be part of the internal communications team providing strategic and tactical communications support to a portfolio of internal business areas and clients.

The Digital Communication Consultant will be responsible for providing digital communications support and advice to 6,500 colleagues and 76,500 people from 400 organisations that make up the transportation community. They will draft, agree and evaluate digital communication strategies, plans and campaigns and deliver these communications across all digital channels including the workplace screens, social apps, video and podcasting platforms. The role requires a great online content manager with expertise in journalism, engagement, campaigning and change management.

The role holder must possess the following:

-Demonstrable experience in digital communications, social and digital channels (digital online comms, journalism or marketing)

-Excellent online content management and experience producing content for a range of audiences and translating complicated information and delivering it in an engaging way

-Able to manage relationships with clients, provide advice and deliver digital communications that achieve audience reach and calls to actions

-Experience and expertise using various communications channels to achieve reach and engagement

-Experience with the use of various CMS

-Experience working with stakeholders at all levels providing sound advice and direction

Key Experience and Expertise:

-Proficient use of digital content management systems such as; SharePoint Online (The HUB+), News-weaver(emails)

-Online journalism

-Expert in the use of Microsoft Office 365 and sound experience with photo editing software and video/audio production

-Experience and understanding of digital landscape including online content creation, multimedia and social media

-Expertise in using integrate channel approach to achieve reach and engagement
