Engineering Support Coordinator
The primary responsibility of the Engineering support Coordinator is to manage and control the company work packs & input data into Company internal computer system . Plus administrate all warranties claims Duties and Responsibilities. To administer records on our maintenance tracking software and apply necessary Airworthiness Data requirements to aircraft records.To carry the re-input planning for up and coming aircraft maintenance. To raise log book certificates for completion of maintenance activities. To research aircraft maintenance history and update records accordingly. To maintain and update records of aircraft, engine, propeller, avionics and associated components. To assist within the stores activity. Submit and contact all warranty claims.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Previous experience with aviation would be an advantage. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills. A methodical approach with an investigative mind. Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. Experience of working as part of a team, with the ability to liaise with personnel in a manner conducive to good working relationships. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and organise own work load. Ability to interpret and respond appropriately to verbal instructions and the ability to follow set company procedures
