About the role

As Marketing Manager (Digital) you will be responsible for the planning, delivery and performance of our consumer digital marketing channels (search, affiliates, display and social). To help us achieve our objectives, you'll be working with key internal stakeholders, suppliers, partners, agencies and other third parties to ensure marketing projects and plans are effective, deliver against defined KPIs and are on budget and on time.
Through continuous optimisation, testing, reporting and analysis you will be responsible for delivering consistent channel growth and performance improvements. A key focus will be on developing omni channel strategies to support both online and retail and you will always look to innovate through new channels, features and functionality. You will also play a key role in producing marketing forecasts and contributing to our wider marketing strategy.
You are an experienced Digital Marketing Executive looking for your next step up and challenge, or Digital Marketing Manager looking to apply your knowledge, skills and experience in a new setting. In particular, we are looking for evidence and a strong track record in:
- Managing paid search, affiliate and display campaigns
- Knowledge of social media best practices and experience in planning campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and data driven approach
- Proficient Excel user
- Ideally hold a digital marketing qualification (e.g. CIM/IDM)
