IDS employs a considerable team across several locations in a variety of specialist skills including data development, analytics, research, report development, decision execution, CRM, insight consultancy, software development and econometrics and has a very extensive and deep stakeholder base across 30+ areas of Sky, covering every subject - from acquisition to retention, from on-screen to online, from marketing effectiveness to targeted advertising.

Your key responsibilities

- Understanding the key internal and market trends which affect client and business need
- Decide what products & features to pursue from Tech, ROI, business and customer value perspective and define requirements to deliver these
- Develop the roadmap based on strategic objectives, market/competitive landscape, and user needs
- Align the roadmap with other business areas and help the team deliver by making prioritisation decisions, removing roadblocks and providing clear acceptance criteria
- Work closely with our technical and project teams as well as external partners to design, schedule and deliver products
- Co-ordinating functions across the business to ensure products are fully supported
- Taking responsibility for collecting, measuring and distributing all relevant product metrics, such as sales, bug reports, customer usage, customer satisfaction, product profitability
- Developing and maintaining an internal communication plan to facilitate the sharing of knowledge across the business

Your skills

- Ability to lead by example and sell product management as a discipline
- The ability to create accurate Business Cases in a timely manner
- Experience at communicating outputs at multiple levels within the business
- Skilled in communications plan development and execution
- Collaborative thinker and able to 'join the dots' across multiple domains
- Mature and professional approach to expectation management
