Digital Learning Consultant
A unique and exciting job opportunity exists to join Hays as a Digital Learning Coordinator, reporting into the Head of Internal Recruitment and Training and helping us to manage e-learning and coordinate digital projects
Your new company
Hays is the most successful recruitment company in the UK today and an employer of choice. We are dedicated to attracting and recruiting the best talent on the market and have won awards for our people and culture. We invest heavily in training and developing our experts so that we can power the world of work and make a real impact. As such we are looking for a Digital Learning Consultant to join the National Training team based in London.
Your new role
In your new role you’ll be responsible for managing our digital learning resources, including e-learning, webinars and video, to drive productivity and performance across the business.
You’ll manage our current portfolio of digital learning, keeping content up-to-date, regularly review and refresh courses to ensure they are stimulating and meet the needs of our business, and create new courses, guides and top tip resources to help support new projects and business initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
You’re innovative and creative and able to create digital content that is visually stimulating and appeals to different learning styles. Excellent communication skills are vital – you have to be able to create content that speaks to recruitment consultants using their language. You also need strong organisation skills and good time management - you’ll sometimes be juggling multiple projects and you’ll need to meet tight deadlines but still produce quality work. You’re able to work autonomously but also as part of a team. You’re dedicated and take ownership of projects.
Experience with an LMS is important - we use Atlantic Link by Assima and integrate it with Peoplesoft so anyone with these skills will have a distinct advantage.
We’d love someone who has done a similar role in a similar type of organisation previously but we’re also happy to speak to an experienced recruiter that’s looking to move into a digitally focused training role. As key stakeholders are located in our Cheapside Head Office we’d prefer someone to be based in London but we could be flexible for the right person. You need to have full rights to work in the UK.
What you’ll get in return
We offer an attractive base salary and the opportunity to join a high performing team in an important role that will help drive the success of our business. There is an annual bonus and attractive employee benefits including discounted gym membership, health and dental and shopping discounts.
What you need to do now
If you’re interested and would like to have a private and confidential discussion please contact Michael Jones, Head of Training on +44 (0)7714346249 or email
