Desktop Support Engineer (Windows Server Active Directory SCCM Exchange Office 365 Citrix Infrastructure Analyst Systems Administrator 1st line 2nd line Operations Engineer Application Packaging Banking trading Finance) required by my banking client in London. You MUST have the following experience:
- Windows 7 & 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory- including GPO's
- Mobile device support
- DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
The following would be DESIRABLE but is not essential:
- Windows Server 2012 R2
- AppV / MSI software packaging
- PowerShell - ability to write scripts and automate tasks
- Trade floor support - banking/asset management/trading
- Financial data applications - Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet etc.
Role: Desktop Support Engineer (Windows Server Active Directory SCCM Exchange Office 365 Citrix FactSet Reuters Systems Administrator) required by my banking client in London. You will be working as a Desktop Engineer, providing support in a fast-paced 1st and 2nd line banking environment. You will have Office 365, SCCM, Active Directory, hardware and mobile device support in Windows 7 and 10 environments. The user base is largely Citrix Thin Client.
Hours are 9-5 but there will be some on-call and out of hours support. The working environment is exciting and modern with many after-hours social events.

Salary: £35k- £45k + 20% Bonus + 10% Pension
