We are recognised globally as a leading Events brand, working with leading clients across Europe. The Events Sales Executive will be based at our stylish SOHO Head Office, joining a commercial team, working alongside managers with six figure salaries who will give you the guidance that you need to succeed.
Our previous graduate Events Sales Executives surpass their expected earnings due to the investment in the training that we provide. You will be taught how to generate new business, manage existing clients, present our services, negotiate contracts and close deals. £32,000 is a realistic salary for an Events Sales Executive earning commission, based on the previous years' cohort of Events Sales Executives.
The Graduate Events Sales Executives will be responsible for maximizing revenue through advertising and sponsorship. The sales executive must organize client meetings, lunches and events and during these must be able to establish the client's needs. The sales executive will be trained so that they can advise clients on where they need to advertise, and develop a relationship through regular contact through meetings and media events. The role will require a graduate who is competent and active on social media sites, as these will be utilized by the Sales Executive for online marketing.
The graduate must be bright, motivated with a natural sales ability. To be successful in this industry you must be competitive and want to progress quickly. The office is fast paced, fashionable and in the heart of Soho, so graduates must be willing to relocate to London. This is a graduate position, and a 2.2 degree is expected as a minimum.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work, you will receive the best training available in the sales industry, being guided by managers and directors. Each graduate will be assigned a mentor throughout the training process, this mentor will be a Sales Executive from the previous year's cohort.
The starting salary is between £20,000 - £22,000, rising to £25,000 in your second year with the company. Each Event Sales Executive will have access to an uncapped commission scheme and fantastic bonuses including lunch clubs, suit fittings and weekends away (most recently we've been to Ibiza and New York).
