The team is responsible for providing full business partnering and supply chain finance support to all operating units in Europe. The candidate will report to the Supply Chain Finance Manager - Europe with one direct report (Costing & Project Accountant). The candidate will benefit from gaining exposure to multiple operating units around the business and opportunities for care

Provide business partnering support to the UK division supply chain including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and project support.Providing price variance analysis, reporting, insight and forecasting on raw materials and 3rd party procured finished goods across the region. Maintaining close relationships with Global Procurement team to ensure latest market knowledge.Performing month end close activities acrossOUs, including:
Material Ledger close,Analysis of supply chain overheadsAnalysis of warehouse and distribution costsAnalysis of price varianceBalance sheet reconciliations and internal controlsPreparing monthly forecastPreparing month end reporting and communication into business planning cycle
Monitoring and reporting on Warehouse and Distribution Costs with outsourced third party for UK and all other logistics and freight costs and helping to support margin improvement projects. Attending monthly review session to drive efficiencies and challenge costs.To ensure strict control of budgets with cost centre managers / budget holdersSupport Budget and PF cycles through preparation forecasted Product costings, Warehouse and Distribution costs and Supply chain Overheads across the Region.

Line Management responsibilities for Costing & Project Accountant, providing support and ensuring high quality output is produced in line with deadlines. Primary responsibilities of the Costing & Project Accountant will be:
New Product Development (NPD) Costings and obsolescence.Issuing & Maintaining Intercompany PricingSupporting Business on CAPEX approvals through capital governance framework
