Kelly Services has been engaged to recruit a Billings Specialist for a highly recognisable and reputable Energy Business based in Surrey.

This is a great opportunity for knowledgeable billings specialist to work in an established and growing team.

The key responsibilities of the Billing Specialist include:

    Ensuring customer accounts are billed correctly and within agreed timeframes, handling any escalated billing queriesManaging relationships with third party providers and outsourced partnersManage administrative process in dealing with refunds and write-offs accurately and efficiently with a view to minimising loss.Document performance and provide analysis of escalation issues, making appropriate recommendation for improvementsStreamlining manual and/or system processes to enable the production of accurate statements, proactively seeking to identify opportunities to manage risk, increase effectiveness and efficiency to enhance the customer experience.Conduct operational risk assessments, making appropriate recommendation for improvementsCo-ordinating projects and acting as a key point of contact for signing of terms and documents
The required skills for the Billing Specialist are;

  • It is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience in a similar role, with exposure to outsourced partnerships, able to manage geographically remote relationships
  • It is expected that the candidate will be highly organised and have a methodical approach with strong attention to detail and the confidence to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, reliable and works well under pressure
