The role will require you to work closely with a happy and lively boy in Year3, who has Emotional and Behavioural difficulties and needs support and encouragement to stay motivated to achieve his potential. You will be supporting him during play times and within the classroom, assisting the teacher in this challenging environment. He is in need of a caring, yet structured 1:1 support, who can support him to achieve his potential both academically and personally.
This role ideally requires a resilient, motivated and committed psychology graduate who is keen to work in a supportive 1:1 role within the classroom. You will be passionate about a career in teaching, and need to have relevant experience working with children with varied educational and behavioural needs and have excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
