Support Engineer - Linux, Python / Bash, Software - 1st 2nd 3rd

Are you an experienced Support Engineer looking for a new challenge in Cambridge? We are looking for you!
You will work as part of a larger team who provide 1st - 3rd level support internally and to external customers. You will resolve software and system issues, across Linux, Bash / Python, Cloud / AWS based systems systems, network monitoring, proxy servers, web development languages.

Essential skills:
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience of distributed Linux systems
* Excellent communication skills with experience supporting internal and external customers
* Experience with Bash/Python and other scripting/programming languages

Nice to have:
* Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS
* Experience implementing/improving monitoring such as Zabbix, Nagios
* Experience with any of the following technologies: NGINX, UWSGI, Flask, AWS S3,
PostgreSQL, Ansible, Ubuntu, LDAP
* Development experience in a broad range of programming/scripting languages, using
RESTful APIs and website front-end/HTML/Javascript experience

Salary is dependent on skills and experience, we are looking for 1st/ 2nd or 3rd line experience, with some positions requiring 24 / 7 shift work
