Our client has an exciting and newly created vacancy for a Programme Executive. The Programme team are responsible for the management of international and multi country programmes and are being expanding their office to the UK to take advantage of the wider infrastructure in the UK.
You will be delivering international client programmes, reporting into and working alongside the existing team based in Brussels.

The roles encompass the day to day management and development of a portfolio of international clients. The main office is based in Brussels so regular presence there for training and team meetings may be required. In addition, you will be working alongside the business development team to assist with the development of new clients and the design and set up of new solutions.

This is a great challenge for individuals who are self-motivated, are excited by change and flexible to evolve as our business develops.

The jobs in summary...
? Managing workloads and making recommendations to close gaps
? Holding regular account review meetings with the clients to monitor progress against client objectives, assessment of satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement and new business
? Ensure good working relationships with clients are maintained at all times
? Utilising the CMS capabilities of the platform, build and manage solutions which meet client business requirements
? Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of all products and services
? Work with Sales and Planning teams with development opportunities
? Ensure a close working relationship is maintained across all teams delivering the solution regardless of department or department location

We expect the ideal candidates to possess the following experience and skills:
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Analytical with excellent problem solving skills
• Confident to highlight issues and suggest ways of improvement
• Great attention to detail, particularly with finances, grammar, spelling and tone of voice
• Good understanding of IT, Creative and Finance
• Ability to work independently
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate well at all levels
• Keen to learn
• Excellent English
• French speaking is a strong advantage alongside other language skills
