Applications Service Analyst Salary: Highly Competitive Location: Weymouth More about the role: Our Application Services Analysts (Corporate & Trading) are part ofthe team responsible for supporting trading and corporate applicationsto agreed standards. They provide input into IT projects and may beassigned as ring-fenced resource on one or more projects. Applications Include: o Lawson financial management o RPM Retail Price Management o RMS Retek Management System o ediTrack o M&LP o MDO Mardown Optimisation o QALR Allocation & replenishment o Fiserv account reconciliation (Accurate) o Interfaces to ADP HR & Payroll solution o Kronos labour scheduling (MySchedule) o In-house developed applications developed using a variety of technologies Accountabilities and responsibilities: Supporting corporate & trading applications: o Responding to calls logged by the IT Service Desk, maintaining callrecords and providing appropriate and timely communication to customers o Providing fault diagnosis and second line incident management to the business o Managing the escalation to third line support teams (in-house orthird party) where appropriate and maintaining management of escalatedincidents to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution o Identifying and implementing work-arounds, fixes and other changesrequired to restore service o Development and handover of scripts to enable first line supportteams to resolve recurring incidents o Delivering small scale enhancements and other service improvements o When required, provide 24 x 7 on-call cover (as part of a rota) torespond to incidents with a severe business impact o Providing input into IT projects o When assigned as ring-fenced resource carry out tasks as required bythe project manager which may include documentation of supportprocedures, technical testing, support of test environments, developmentof scripts and/or management of configuration changes.
